I hovered truest to install diving system 2016 they installed it but no proper training to use it until year later too many phone calls and messages also one year later I had to fight to get them to activate half 25 out of 50 Fobs now year later I got a bill for alarm and monitoring service that we never revived service for now my lawyer is taking them to court

I was very happy with Tri West work. I called the office which was answered promptly by their secretary. I told them what I wanted and they scheduled for someone to come out to my house to do a walk around with me.
The fellow that showed up was named Tom, and he was very professional. I told him I wanted cameras around my property as well as a full alarm system with controls from my cellphone when i'm not there.
The next day, Nick from tri west emailed me a quote as promised. It was very organized and I was impressed at the fast response and accurate times and dates they promised. I agreed to an 8 camera ip system with the full alarm/ home automation system inside.
They scheduled me in for installation for the following Thursday and finished the job within 6 hours as promised and agreed. After installation they trained me how to operate the system from my cellphone and showed me how the features worked. I'm definitely impressed at their smart home automation system.
I would definitely recommend these guys. They are very professional, on time and have fair prices. The services is what I would recommend to everyone. Thanks Nick and Tom.
