Good product at a very affordable price.excellent sales and install team.
I have used this company 3 times now and so have a lot of our friends.
We shall be using them again.

Thank you for your review Dean and Sarah. We know why you gave us the 8 instead of 10/10. We apoligize for the delay on the service request you had. As you know it was a manufacturers defect and when we originally followed up with them they said the service was complete. Later we found out that it was only partly done and they forgot about it on there end. We had EchoTech sliding windows put in our indoor swiming pool area.
The job was done in February of this year the install work was great and Scott was a great sales guy.
But for some reason they sent three left side doors out and only one right so they put one of the left hand doors in upside down and told us they would call the factory and get another right hand one made, we waited many months before calling them to see where our door was but was told that they knew nothing about it,so they asked we send pics.
instead of replacing the door they sent a guy out who took the door handles off the one door and moved it to match the other one the handle pulled off because it was put in with a screw and a bolt.
we have since contacted them sent pics and they don't communicate with you.
i trust the installers and sales guy but they owe us a proper door like we ordered.
