Toronto Drain & Plumbing

Work was completed promptly, cleanly, and approved by the inspector. I received $1200 back from the Municipality. I would be happy to recommend them to any home owner for good work completed professionally.

We noticed a smell coming from our vents and thought it was a gas leak. After the fire department and gas company confirmed it was not a gas leak, we called Toronto Drain & Plumbing on Saturday. Slavic was able to come within a couple of hours to diagnose the problem and recommended for us to install a back water valve.

He was able to start on Monday, obtained the building permit, arranged appointments with the city inspector and his staff were able to complete the job at the cost and less than the time frame (one day!) he quoted. They did a very neat job installing the back water valve and they cleaned up the area very nicely. There was no more smell after the installation so he fixed the problem. Slavic even helped us fill out paperwork to obtain a rebate from the city.

Slavic and his team are the type of team you hope to find when you hire someone to help you out. Their pricing is fair, especially when you consider the quality of work you get for the price (which is top-notch). They were professional, respectful of our space and were accurate in terms of the time quoted to do the job. Our basement flooded on Wednesday night. Later that night we had someone call us and they were onsite the next day to view the damage and give us an estimate of the cost to repair it. The work was completed on Saturday. They were professional and did excellent work. They gave me great advice and did not recommend the most expensive fix (as others have done) but one that would work best for the situation at hand. They also provided a warranty on the work they did. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. Karen

We needed to replace some shoddy work done by a previous plumber and Toronto Drain was recommended. The job involved digging a seven foot hole in a confined area. The team performed a great job and the project was approved by the city inspector the next day.

I have had multiple contracts with the company during the last 5 years. Always was satisfied with quality of their work, professional approach and friendly attitude.

I called the company for an estimate on a backwater valve and Slavic came by the next day at the exact time he said he would. He gave me a quote and explained all that would take place. I told him I needed to speak to my husband and as soon as he left I called my husband and told him about the company and how great Slavic was. We agreed to book them so I called back and Slavic returned to my house a half hour later so I could sign a contract. 2 days later, the men arrived at 8:30 in the morning and the work was done, on budget by early afternoon, including the visit from the city inspector. The workers covered everything in the vicinity in the basement with plastic tarps and were very courteous. Slavic even filled out the paperwork for the city rebate. Very pleased and will hire them again!!
