Excellent work. Slava & his crew persevered through some very difficult soil conditions and left the basement and walk-way in great condition when done. Zero problems. Hardworking team that care about their customers. 100% will work with again.

I am extremely happy with the service Slavic and his team provided! The original 6 hour job turned into a 5 day job as the pipes were so clogged with grease. The guys worked tirelessly digging up the basement floor to put in new drain pipes, the back water valve and also fixed the basement toilet. They were on time every day, cleaned up and made sure we could use the water every day before leaving. Slavic walked me through the whole process with patience and guidance. He even got the building permit and inspection and the application for a possible rebate from the City. I wouldnt have had a clue how to do that.

I had my Sump Pump installed 4 years ago. Had a concern it was not working properly. Called the company at 4pm on Sept 20 2021 and the owner was at my door the next morning Sept 21 2021at 10:45 to inspect the pump.
Great service. I would recommend the company to everyone.

Slavic was referred to me through my uncle who has used his help a decade ago. I find him honest, personable, patient, with no-nonsense selling. He makes recommendation from a long-term hassle-free perspective, which is what homeowners need. He did for me replacement sewer + water line internally and up to the property line, adding sump pump and back flow valve, adding sewer line for basement kitchen and laundry, adding 2 clean outs. 5 days work. Very pleased with the quality of work!

They were replacing the drain and water pipe of the house next door and offered to check mine for free. When we found that there were roots in the drain, they offered to replace mine as well at a very good price since they were already there with the equipment. They were extremely accommodating and friendly and did a great job.

Slavic and his team replaced the water line, drain pipe and installed a backwater valve. The price quoted was very reasonable for the scope of work. The work was completed to a very high standard and according to the timeline that was initially agreed upon. I would highly recommend this company.

Had a clogged sewer drain due to a tree root on the long weekend. Slavic came first thing in the morning and explained the situation. Cleared it out and recommended the required maintenance. He was very up-to-date on the building codes.

This company is amazing! Slavik and his team took care of a big problem with our drain backing up on my commercial property. The biggest thing for me was that he handled the entire project from start to finish and communicated with the city department. The drain was plugged on the city side, but the city refused to clean it out claiming the problem was on our property. The company owner, Slavik, went back and forth with the city, did all the communicating with them, installed a new clean out valve (excavation to 7 feet, very quick and neat) and ultimately fixed the problem. They showed up with all the right equipment and finished the job in less than a day! Slavik booked all the inspections, re-inspections and got the job done. The price was the best I could find also, so highly recommend this company!

Our old clay main drain line was almost totally blocked by tree roots in 2 places. Slavic showed up and tried snaking the line, but his remote camera confirmed the line would have to be replaced with new PVC pipe.

Slavic and his crew had to dig 2 massive holes in the front yard in order to replace the clay pipe with new PVC pipe. They also broke concrete in the basement, and dug another huge hole to replace more of the clay pipe and add a backwater valve.

Slavic is extremely personable and professional. His crew was polite, respectful, and very hard-working. The work was done quickly, cleanly, to a very high standard, and at a reasonable cost.

I highly recommend Toronto Drain and Plumbing , and will use them for any future plumbing work.

Slavic and his team are professional, thorough, friendly and CLEAN! We had our main H20 service changed (lead to copper) and upgraded (1/2 to 3/4), our old clay drain pipe under the house replaced, a backwater valve installed and a new drain for the furnace room installed. 3.5 full days of work. Lots of digging and breaking up concrete. Potentially a lot of mess but they kept it clean throughout the process and, other than the obvious fresh concrete it is like they were never here. With a dog and a toddler in the house they were very friendly and were also great at making temporary connections whenever possible to minimize the time without water. We got 4 quotes - they were the least expensive and most straight forward - no sales nonsense. Thank you Slavic & team. It was a pleasure working with you.
