I have been turning a dilapidated old garage into a workshop over the past year, and needed to replace the floor. I received several quotes for this job, and M. Scott's was not only reasonable (much more than some of the quotes I received), but also covered all of the issues and quirks involved in dealing with a renovation like this which is not straightforward. He was clearly very knowledgeable, and careful to accommodate the needs of the other contractor who I had working on the walls. The job went smoothly, quickly and they did everything as planned. UPDATE I had to adjust my review as the floor became cracked shortly after the job was completed- and there was dispute about whether it was due to the lack of stress cuts or the cement mixture itself, however unfortunately it has not been resolved.
