I had been trying to get the taps fixed in a shower stall for almost two years.. One of them had a constant drip, but no one could fix it. (old house with weird set-up - pipes in concrete and taps tiled in) I called another company who came 3-4 times, replaced parts, and then had to keep returning because it wasn't repaired, finally they said I would just have to rip the whole wall open and replace everything (which would have meant a full bathroom renovation). I called waterworks, and the first plumber that came gave me some options (by then I was asking for estimates for the full reno) after a while I called back to schedule, and the owner of the company spoke to me at length, listened to the whole story, got me to send him photos of everything, and said he could fix it and save me the money. I actually argued a little, because i thought it couldnt be done, but within 20 min he had solved the problem, and saved me lots of money and time, instead of making it a bigger job. that is what I call honest. I was so impressed. I would recommended waterworks to anyone.

I have been turning a dilapidated old garage into a workshop over the past year, and needed to replace the floor. I received several quotes for this job, and M. Scott's was not only reasonable (much more than some of the quotes I received), but also covered all of the issues and quirks involved in dealing with a renovation like this which is not straightforward. He was clearly very knowledgeable, and careful to accommodate the needs of the other contractor who I had working on the walls. The job went smoothly, quickly and they did everything as planned.

The team came by to do an assessment, and then after finding the problem, gave me a clear list of all of the issues with my current trough system. It took a little time to get them to come by initially, but once we booked the job, they completed it in the next few days. over all it looks good, and the leak/overspill issue I had seems to be repaired. good communication, thorough inspection and timely completion. very satisfied.
