Horrible service. When the representative came to my door he said he was from our current water heater supplier along with multiple other fake promises. Before signing the 10 year contract they also claimed to provide many things regarding there services. When I first called in it was about the water heater leaking. I called over 3 times to get a technician to check it our after a month of waiting they showed up yesterday to fix the problem. Specifically a representative named Sabah ID number OHS-1087. When I called back to complain about what had happened he called me "childish" and denied he said any of it. So I asked to speak with a manager but he said he was the manager. Then I asked to speak to someone who was apart of management he rudely replied "no one is currently available". However prior to making me sign the contract he played the friendly neighbour act. Extremely unsatisfied and would most definitely not recommend signing anything or getting anything done by ONTARIO HOME SERVICES.

Ontario consumers is a great company, they set up an appointment that was quick and easy over the phone. After the agent arrived at the door, he was very knowledgeable in the matter and helped identify our leaks in the home. He offered a great price and now we are fully covered 100% for the future winters to come.

Working with Ontario Consumers was both convenient and hassle free. My furnace stopped working on a bitter cold day this past winter and the guys from Ontario Consumers were at my door within 2 hrs. Not only did they have my new furnace installed the same day but gave me some valuable tips on how to conserve energy and save money! They were professional and very courteous, taking as much time as needed to answer all my questions and make sure I was comfortable. I've dealt with other companies before when I changed my a/c, the service compared to OCHS was terrible. These guys do it right, the prices are fair, they offer the best products and they back it up with above average customer service. If you need a furnace or air conditioner look no further than Ontario Consumers you won't be disappointed.

Had an experience of dealing with Ontario consumers technician couple of weeks ago who came by for a free home inspection on all of my equipment and I was really amazed about how much information there's to know that I was unaware of. The technician took his time and explained how I can save money and what would benefit me.. One thing that was a no brainier was to upgrade the water heater because he explained that almost all the once before 2010 are on the rental for the rest of my life but the new act came in effect after 2010 that all the water heaters has to be on a rent to own programs which means they become yours after the term and after doing my researcher I found out that Ontario Consumers terms are only 10 years comparing to all the other big companies which are 15 years at the same rate!! So I end up getting a new better water heater for exactly same price i was paying before, also no extra charges for installation which i though was amazing and i'm actually paying it out.. The other unit that again seemed like a no brainier because of the gas and electricity saving plus i was paying $22.99 just for warranty and maintenance on the furnace only. So i got them them to set me up with Lennox furnace that i later learned is really the best units out there which already comes with even better warranty ... also cant wait to get the OPA rebate check which should be coming in couple of month .. all and all I'm really happy that there's still companies like this that send out a technician to you for free and really inform you about all this stuff since I didn't know much about anything on the subject .. hope everyone was the same experience as i did.

Agent got my signature on rental agreements pretending it was authorization to upgrade A/C and furnace for ONE TIME fee of $60 each when it was actually a monthly rental agreement for 10 yrs period. Realized my mistake later. Called them several times and wrote to them but they are no help they keep billing monthly rental which I am unable to pay.

This company installed a Furnace, Water Heater and Air Conditioner on a Home that I foreclosed on. They billed the original owner $10,000 with some sort of lease program. I haven't agreed or signed any agreement with them and they began deducting monthly rental payments towards the lease of these units. There was nothing registered against the title of the home and I can myself have all 3 units installed in this home for $3,000 not the over inflated charge of $10,000.

This company installed a water heater in my house without my permission, and then tried to get me to pay $500 for them to remove it.
The water heater was installed based on direction from my tenant, and I was never informed or contacted. I found out when I received a bill because the tenant did not pay.

I own a house in Mississauga and we are on one of their Air Conditioning plans. For the past 3 years that we are with this company we never had a single problem. We had one maintenance check last year before we rented the house to the family of 4. Technicians performed a maintenance check before summer started and our tenants were very happy with performance of the system. Good company with fair prices. I recommend them.

Received a tankless and lenox furnace, happy with sales approach by appointment and were not pushy at all. Everything made sense, 10 years rent to own, after researching most other companies were 15 year contracts. Installation went well and I am happy with the products and the service. Will be referring my family members and friends. Keep it up.
