Me and my husband got referred to Ontario Consumers Home Services through our friend who was very happy with their service. We scheduled an assessment the same day. Their technician showed up right on time and even took off his shoes in the house which was very polite. He took a thorough look at our furnace and advised us that it was 13 years old we should probably looking into upgrading it especially for the winter. After much discussion and hearing the programs Ontario Consumers Home Services had to offer, we agreed to get it installed the same day. Now our furnace doesn't give us any problems and is super quite. We are very pleased with their services and will definitely refer them to our friends. Thank you Ontario Consumers Home Services for your great service.

This company is bad news. After hard-selling with dubious promises the original water heater, they just tried the classic trick of the electrolysis test (totally bogus, just look it up on YouTube) in order to hard sell a water filtration system. DO NOT LET THEM INTO YOUR HOME.

Ontario Consumers Home Services has upgraded our furnace and air conditioner last year and have done a great job at servicing us. We got upgraded last year to high efficiency equipment and they even take the liberty of coming to inspect our equipment to make sure it is ready for winter season. We could not be happier wit their services.

notices that my a coil was leaking on to my 5 year old furnace
tech didn't try to sell me a new furnace simply told me I and recommend that I replace or get a coil replaced

I then ending up replacing my furnace and a/c
Tech was not pushy but very help full

LAST MONTH ONTARIO CONSUMERS CAME TO MY FATHERS HOUSE AND REPLACED THEIR HOT WATER TANK TO AN UPGRADED POWER VENT SYSTEM. THE TECH ON DUTY WAS PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS AND ALSO MADE ANOTHER APPT TO RELOCATE AN OUTLET SO THAT IT COULD BE PLUGGED IN A MORE CONVENIENT LOCATION. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS FOR ALL THEIR HVAC NEEDS.

I recently had my furnace, A/C upgraded to a new Lennox Elites and a water filtration system installed. The agent showed up on time and was very knowledgeable, despite my pre-planned interrogation by my brother. The installers came the next day and were very professional laying drop clothes and such to keep things clean. they whole thing took about 6 hours and they did a really good looking job. I love my new furnace and I didn't know quite how much I would love my new water filter, as I love my showers! I would definitely recommend Ontario Consumers to my family and friends. On a side note, this company gives you the option to purchase upfront, so I purchased my A/C, and I rent to own my furnace and water filter to keep my monthly bill at a manageable cost.

Do not open your door to this company selling water heater or Furnace or Air conditioner! I am stupid enough to do it and now stuck with hundreds of dollars of rental bill every month for next 10 years. Unless you have a very very old equipment 20 years ++and you have NO money to buy one off hand, DO NOT rent from these people. It will save you NO money. They will make it sound like they are offering everything for free, you will get money back from energy saving changing to new equipment. BUT YOU WILL NOT SAVE MUCH unless your equipment is very very outdated and need lots and lots of repair. Do you research first and DO NOT SIGN anything on site!!!! They trick you to get you sign the contract!

Ontario consumers home services did a really great job upgrading my furnace and when I called for a service check one year later, the came on the same day!!! I also rent the water heater and I was so relived that they didn't raise the price a year later, as direct energy did with my old water heater. Also, the person in the first comment is referring to a different company called Ontario home Services (NOT Ontario consumers) that I was also with for a few years, but canceled them because of the bad service.
