Fantastic company. I had to write a review about this company as they impressed me and my family. We made a not so smart decision to replace our heating system in the middle of Winter. We picked this company based on a recommendation from a friend and they finished everything in one day. Our old equipment was removed and taken away and new system was installed in no time. We are very satisfied and everything works flawlessly.

Excellent service from Ontario consumers home service, they promised savings which I notice on my utility bills. The installers were prompt and very clean, I was worried about the mess but they cleaned up after themselves. Customer service representatives seem to be knowledgable and gave me the appropriate information I was looking for. I was referred by a family friend and I have no regrets with Ontario consumers home services.

I upgraded my furnace and air conditioner with Ontario Consumers a couple months ago because I knew both were getting old and were in need of an upgrade. The turn around time of the installation and the installation itself was great. I can also say that so far the equipment has made my home much more efficient and comfortable as I was told it would and I am saving money on my bills. Overall, the whole process was made pretty simple and I am quite happy with Ontario Consumers.

It’s a smaller company comparing to the other big sharks on the market. Singed a contract with them 15 months ago, no problems with them what so ever. Give them a chance and I'm sure you will be satisfied same way as my family is. Good guys.

My family and i are with this company for about 2 years. We are renting complete air conditioning and heating system for our house. They replaced our old furnace back in august 2012 which we bundled with air conditioning system. Everything that they did so far was absolute perfection. We never had any problems with equipment or with service and the price is fair. Sometimes when you call them you might wait a bit before talking with representative because they have a lot of customers it seems. They do have unusual way of getting new customers. They are sending door knockers who are trying to get you into buying or renting new equipment. I am not sure why people are complaining because door to door sales is not a new concept and they are just fighting for their piece of the pie. Anyhow, service , equipment and price get 10, while door knockers lose a point for them. Overall 9

I called them because my water heater was not working properly sometimes the hot water would not be on then i have to go down and play with the switches. They came in took out my old tank and gave me a new high efficiency one for free. Amazing, friendly company who went out of their way to provide me a new water heater at no extra cost compared to the one I had now

We had contacted this company to find out about the tankless water heating system. Thou we were a bit apprehensive about installing a new system the individual who came was very professional and he objectively went through the pros and cons. The company was able to answer all our question till we were satisfied. The installation process was a breeze ...with excellent technicians who took pains to answer our questions. I believe the job was done in no time . Clean and extremely professional. I would definitely recommend Ontario consumers to my friends as a reliable and consumer friendly company

I had contact Ontario Consumers Home services to inquiry about tankless units, I was a little skeptical about how the entire system works on hot water on demand, until the Specialist from Ontario Consumers Home Services came to my house and educated me on how they work. I converted from a 50 gallon tank to a Bosch Tankless with 5 individuals living in a 2500 sq ft house, I will say the switch was the best and smartest decision I made for saving money on my energy bills and more importantly the space. From the person who came to my house to the customer service hotline and the technicians who installed my product was nothing but exceptional. They were professional, customer service oriented and most importantly very knowledgeable. I have no complains about how much water I get on demand and how fast I get the hot water, I would recommend ontario consumers home services for any advise on their water heater, furnace and a/c.

I had a women come to my home and explain to me the benefits of upgrading my 15 year old furnace 2 months ago and I agreed to have a new one installed as a rental. The next gas bill I received was lowered by half and my house is actually warm! The installer also went out of his way to explain how the furnace is essentially the lungs of my home. I am so happy with my new equipment and I have already recommended Ontario Consumers to my neighbors and friends for when they choose to upgrade!
