Alma Windows And Doors

Had our front door replaced with Alma Windows and doors. Very nice work and would recommend anyone.

Sept 1 update: Received a call from their manager and apparently the firm moved location and had issues with the phone company. He updated the issue with the glass that was reordered and promised a follow up by the end of August. I did get an update yesterday and all going well, all should be done by the end of next week. The timely follow up has improved my opinion of Alma and if it gets installed next week it will improve again. The true test of customer service is not when things go smoothly but when things get off track. So far, I'm seeing a firm that does care about its reputation and quality.

August - Door seems of good quality but problems with the glass have not been resolved after 2 visits and too many calls to count.
No call backs despite promises to replace the front door glass.
If you're lucky and all goes well, you get a decent product but if you have after install problems, good luck getting it fixed.
I could not recommend this firm due to the poor service.

In June of 2017 we visited Alma Windows and Doors and we dealt with Alex. From the outset he knew exactly what were looking for as far as door design, features and cost. The installers were punctual, professional and their craftsmanship reflects in the finished product. We are extremely pleased with the end result and would highly recommend Alma Windows and Doors. A few weeks ago I accidentally scratched this beautiful door;I was mortified. I called Alma customer service and explained what had occurred. They sent someone over to repair the gauge. I am very pleased with the outcome.

Alma Windows and Doors is by far one of the most exemplary companies I have had the pleasure of doing business with. We arrived at their showroom one Saturday afternoon on a whim and unannounced, but Dmitrij welcomed us with professionalism, warmth, and decent humour. ^_^ He was honest, courteous and had genuine suggestions on suitability and necessity. Our quote blew our minds! With such competitive pricing, one could speculate that quality might be sacrificed, but not with this company! The installation was sheer perfection! The installers were in a league of their own. They were punctual, kind, and a pleasure to be around. They were efficient, meticulous and tidy. I didn't want to see them go. I have no complaints about the service from beginning to end. We have the best entry door door on the block, and the neighbours and passerby's are pestering us with compliments endlessly. The two gentlemen that came and did our front door were professional and made us feel comfortable. They were quick with their installation and cleaned up when they were done. We are very happy with the overall service provided from beginning to end and absolutely love our new door!
