Master Drain & Water Works

Our basement drain backed up in later evening and it was quite distressing to say the least. We called Master Drain and Vitale came immediately. He did a thorough diagnosis of the problem and found the problem was a dislodged sewer pipe outside. He unplugged the drain so we were able to use our water temporarily until the pipe was fixed. It was fixed by the next day and he suggested we put in a backwater valve that was rebated by the city of mississauga so this never happened again. He and his staff were very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I have already referred him to others as I had such an amazing experience.
