Claudio is not much for time management. I had an appointment set up with him at the beginning of summer. He sent an email to say that he would not be able to make it so it was cancelled and I had to reschedule it for late summer. For this appointment we had a set time, he sent an email at the time of the appointment to say he was running late and would be at my place 2 hours late, he showed up 2 hours and 45 minutes later. No much for time management.
Claudio has an interesting style of interacting with people, its not exactly rude but its not exactly big on the customer service; when answering questions he tends to be condescending.
While he was working on my site, he was taking calls from other clients which I found to be very unprofessional (and his phone and voice were very loud - I had to close my office door as I was on a tele-conference with my own client at the time).
A week following the appointment I received a follow up email to see how the call had gone - unfortunately the issue I had called him to resolve hadn't been resolved, but the email was from an unmonitored email so I could not provide the feedback, not that I wanted him back

I apologize for not being able to get to your appointment on time, as my emails all say in them the appointment time more are approximate and you would be contacted if I'm running late (which I did) I have ever many factors to deal with when booking time slots including accuracy of the issues described to me, unexpected issues while with a client and traffic while driving across the city. I arrive at 90% of my appointments within 10 minutes of the appointment time and 4% of the time I arrive within 30 minutes. You were unfortunately in the 1% that was outside that time line.
In regards to answering the phone I am the only one in the company and am capable of talking on the phone and working at the same time, I multitask very efficiently. You were on the phone with someone the entire time I was at your home and I didn't consider it rude,its just life and business.
My phone number is on all correspondence and the follow up email clearly states to call me if there is an issue as I would rather speak directly to my clients when there is an issue.
I clearly explained to you while I was at your home that the intermittent problem you have may have not been cleared up because I was not able to reproduce the problem in the 2 hours I was there. Had you called me I would have returned at no cost to you to resolve the issue. I find it interesting that you mentioned the one thing that wasn't resolved (which I said might not be while I was there) and failed to mention the other far larger issues such as your daughter's computer not working at all being resolved completely.
