Got the update for my virus protection, and he contacted me to remind me that it was due. I have used Nerds2you for approximately 15 years and have always had great service. I have no problem recommending him and will be using him in the installation of our new office system.

Technician was on time, polite and professional .

My personal computer was hacked. I was very uncertain how safe and secure my computer was. The login was also compromised. Called up Nerds 2 You late Friday and was able to setup an appointment with Claudio for Monday morning. Claudio was able to fixed the problems and concerns. I used Nerds 2 You about 4.5 years ago when my hard drive crashed. Back than, Claudio did a great job in replacing the hard drive and recovering my files.

Claudio has come to our rescue twice now, each time connecting a bothersome Brother laser printer to new networks. I wasted hours on the internet searching for info on how to do this, finding dozens of others as frustrated as me. Claudio is WELL worth your money! I called Claudio the morning of Nov 30th and he was able to come out at 4:30 the same day! He upgraded my computer to windows 11 because for some reason my 1 & 1/2 year old computer didn’t have the capability to run windows 11. Two hours later I have an upgraded computer, or I would have had to purchase a brand new one. I am very happy with the service, the price and the promptness

When our iMac screen would not come on, we called Claudio at 8am and he scheduled a home service call for 10am on the same day !
He arrived on time and was very quick to solve our problem.

Quite happy with the quality of service provided after my wife’s laptop wouldn’t take a charge anymore. Claudio came to the house and quickly diagnosed the issue as being a faulty power brick, after determining that the jack (which we thought might be the problem) was working correctly. Brick was replaced with a more robust model, and everything worked fine afterwards. He also offered to do more work on the laptop configuration/software, however we declined as we were content with the existing setup.
