We got water softener and revers osmosis system from Purisoft Water Solutions. Great price compared to many other local water softener provider. And the quality is great as well. Highly recommend!

20 year old water softener dies. I called around and by far Purisoft Water gave me the best quote for installation, free removal of old unit and a 20 year lifetime warranty. The new unit is tucked away nice and neat in a corner. I am definitely going to use them again for my new reverse osmosis unit.

Found Purisoft online and they had good reviews so I gave them a call. Spoke to Lisa and let her know our problem. She did a great job promptly getting me an appointment and called before Mike arrived to give me a heads up. Mike came in an found the problem after a couple minutes and had it fixed very quickly. He took the time to show me the problem, what had caused it and how he fixed it. If you are in the Kitchener area and need water softener solutions do not hesitate to call Mike and Lisa!
