I am not surprised that Purisoft has 10/10 rating; they have a great product and excellent customer service. I would recommend them totally. Mike has been awesome; he took the time to explain everything we wanted to know and was very informative and knowledgeable. He is very professional and knows how the system works and makes sure everything is in perfect working order before he leaves your home.

When you stumble across a company that has a perfect 10 rating on this site, it's easy to be skeptical. But in this case, Mike at Purisoft deserves each and every one of them.

My basement has a configuration that I wasn't even sure would be able to fit a water softener, but after an on-site quote, we were able to come up with a workable solution that would give me easy access to the brine tank and tuck the water softener out of the way.

Mike was very knowledgeable about his products and was able to answer all of my questions. He presented all options equally so that I was able to make a fully informed decision, yet was not pressured to choose one model over another.

The install was fast (~1 hr), and he was on time for the time we had scheduled.

All in all, well deserving of his perfect 10 star rating.

Lisa in the office was very knowledgeable and super helpful. She new what type of water we had and what type of water softener we needed. The amount she quoted me over the phone never changed even after they came to test our water. The install took just over an hour. We are super happy, our water tastes and smells so much better! Thank-you for doing such a great job! :)

We have never used a water softener or filtration filter system in my previous homes, therefore I was extra careful and completed my research. After speaking to 3 different companies we decided to go with Purisoft. No pressure sales tactics, explained the technology required for my family (7) needs both present and future, tested the water, and gave us a few options. Because they build their systems in Ontario they seemed to have more options than other vendors selling products manufactured outside of North America. Price was very competitive and installation was on time and seamless. Customer service was wonderful from speaking to Lisa when we first called to Mike completing the entire installation. Thank you both you make a great team !!

This is a great company.

We got quotes from two other companies; one which is a very big name that you would recognise. In addition to better pricing, Purisoft was the only company who seemed like they were actually trying to help us and not just sell us a bunch of stuff we didn't need.

Mike was so friendly and helpful and the installation was done in no time.

I chose Purisoft based on the reviews from the company and I wasn't wrong. Mike not only called me back quickly from my initial query but even turned up early for the installation. He completed the full install in the time quoted and then walked me through what he did. Excellent service and advice right from the start, would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I am not one to review, but felt inclined after my positive experience with Purisoft. Mike was extremely professional, knowledgeable & kind. He took the time to explain the world of water softeners to me which I greatly appreciated. I sent an email inquiring about their services on Saturday, he called me back Sunday and came to install on Tuesday afternoon. Exceptional service. I would recommend in a heart beat.
