Isaac is the technician who comes in and he is very professional. He did a thorough job . I have got duct cleaning done previously but this one was the best by far

There are a few things that didnt go as planned. None of these were an issue for me however sharing that as it may be an issue for some of you
- He came in 1 hour earlier
- Instead of 2 technician, 1 came.

All in all , I have no hesitation in recommending them. I will likely use them again myself

I bought a duct cleaning package from one of the voucher companies. It was easy to book the appointment. The guys showed up on time and were professional. I have no complaints about the service or company. I would use them again.

Paid $78 for home Duct cleaning for 12 vents ($8 per additional vent) on a WagJag deal through GatewayHomeComfort. Isaac and Augustin came promptly and were professional. They explained the procedure and were finished within an hour. Very pleased with this service and would use them again. They educated us on a better filter to use but were not pushy for us to buy one. A great team of two kind polite men. If you use this service please always ask up front what it entails as some of these reviews were made by people who clearly didn't ask first. No dust was left and there was just minimal mess from one vent when the heating came back on, which was swept up promptly.

Got a voucher through Buytopia and read up on these guys before buying. I didn't like the fact that they communicate via email only??? Also, they cut a whole in one of my ducts because there wasn't one they could access. By the time I got downstairs it had already been cut, they did put a "plate" over it after. Due to some other reviews, I skipped the sanitizer and requested that they not touch my furnace as it had already been cleaned by direct energy, however, when they were leaving they told me they cleaned it again because the other person who cleaned it didn't do a good job. I have no idea if my ducts/furnace are cleaned, but it does seem slightly less dusty in the house....you get what you pay for obviously. I would only suggest the company communicate with their customers more clearly before taking it upon themselves to execute things prior to asking!!!

Got coupon off WagJag for $78 to clean ducts including 12 registers. Ducts (include fresh air & return supply vents), ducts cleaned out nicely; however, spent the next 4 hours vacuuming, dusting, washing floors, laundry & shampooing carpets because vents weren't covered & fine dirt, dust, drywall bits, etc. spewed back into EVERY room and covered EVERYTHING. No disposable overshoes worn upon entry to home; wanted to charge extra to clean out dryer duct (I didn't ask for that service), pushed to sell expensive furnace filter; however, they were prompt. Coupon wasn't worth the extra 4 hours of cleaning I had to do afterwards. My home was NOT left TIDY & clean after this service. Homeowners: Make sure you remove or store anything that is exposed; otherwise, you risk the headache of either throwing out or washing anything that you may be consuming or using & spending hours cleaning as well. Also,ask if disposable overshoes will be worn and if vents are covered during the cleaning. What a nightmare.

got a groupon deal and was happily surprised. Issac was very prompt at picking up my calls or returning them within hours and setting up an appointment right away. Him and his partner were courteous, punctual and clean. They made sure my house was put back into order after all was said and done. He was not pushy to sell me his company's air filter but did educate me on what to look for in the future. I would use them again.

The service we received from Gateway Home was very good. To make it convenient for us, they agreed to come in before 8am. They cleaned the vents really well and we could notice a considerable improvement in Air Quality and Heating flow.

This is a company I will call again. I don't mind paying full price next year.
They did an amazing job in my house. Professional and tidy. Did not push me to buy anything (the other company did). I was very satisfied with their work.

Sanitizer was good as they used it in all vents. They even gave me a little in a water bottle :)

Nice People who gave me value for money.

We used their services through a "group discount coupon" which was a heavily discounted price of their regular service. I was very impressed, they did a great job, were very polite and tidy. They recognized our humidifier’s filter was very old and moldy. I didn't even know there was a filter in there! Isaac the technician apologized they were late for their appointment, they had been very busy from their response from the group coupon. They only thing interesting to note is that they sanitize the vents at the end of the cleaning. This leaves your house smelling like very sstrong floral Lysol for about a week afterwards. Not the end of the word since you know everything is clean but it is a strong smell.
