This is the second time I have used Marion and his movers at Pro Moving. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is moving. They are on time, quick and very kind and patient. This was a very challenging day as the weather did not cooperate and it snowed and it was bitterly cold. They made two stops and traveled all the way up north to my new home. Movers sometimes get a bad name in the media, but these guys are the real deal and work very hard for their customers!!!! They are reasonable with their estimates and there are never any hidden charges. Thank you John, Sergio and Marion!! All the best!

With all of the media reporting on bad experiences with movers, I was very nervous about booking a mover and having a bad experience myself. From start to finish Marian and his partner Rob were outstanding. The reason I hired a mover was to make sure that my parents (seniors) didn't over extend themselves helping me move. Marian and Rob showed up right on time (even a little bit early) and went straight to work. They were kind, organized and patient dealing with my dad who insisted on helping them. I appreciated everything they did for me and my family and they made a potentially stressful experience very smooth. Their quote was reasonable and clear with no hidden charges. When it came to pay they honoured their quote and again there were no surprises. I would not hesitate to call on them again (this time I will leave dad at home) and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional mover!

Our fridge's water dispenser had a crack in the tubing and leaked water all over the floor and through to the basement. Frantically, I called Atiar who was willing to come out the same evening to help. He fixed the problem and even let me take a few minutes to clean around the fridge before we pushed it back in place. Atier and his partner were punctual, polite and were very focused on making sure the customer was pleased with their service. Also, he guarantees his work for 30 days which was an added bonus.

Paul came by and provided us with a reasonable quote considering we have a somewhat awkward layout to paint. He was on time, professional, efficient, and fun! All we had to do was provide the paint. he left the house spotless when done. We would use him again.

There is a wonderful young lady named Amanda that works out of the kitchen department of Lowes Etobicoke. She helped me configure, calculate, and order new cabinet doors for my kitchen recently. She was extremely patient and kind and spent a lot of time making sure all of the measurements were correct. She even emailed and spoke to the cabinet company personally to ensure they would make my Lazy Susan cabinet door correctly. I didn't expect this kind of quality customer service in a big box store:)

Got a voucher through Buytopia and read up on these guys before buying. I didn't like the fact that they communicate via email only??? Also, they cut a whole in one of my ducts because there wasn't one they could access. By the time I got downstairs it had already been cut, they did put a "plate" over it after. Due to some other reviews, I skipped the sanitizer and requested that they not touch my furnace as it had already been cleaned by direct energy, however, when they were leaving they told me they cleaned it again because the other person who cleaned it didn't do a good job. I have no idea if my ducts/furnace are cleaned, but it does seem slightly less dusty in the house....you get what you pay for obviously. I would only suggest the company communicate with their customers more clearly before taking it upon themselves to execute things prior to asking!!!

Unfortunately, we were unaware that our fireplace did not have caps on the chimney. We found this out when we heard raccoons in the middle of the night coming down the chimney. The crew at Innovative Care of the Environment were professional, efficient and made sure our chimneys had caps so that we wouldn't have any late night visitors in the future. The company made sure that the mother and her babies were removed without harm and relocated elsewhere. They also made sure to disinfect the lower chimney/fireplace area so not to cause health issues for us.

We had water in our basement and had the Basement Guy come out and dig up (by hand due to narrow sidewalk) the side of our house and repair where the water was coming in. The crew worked hard, and since this time our basement has not leaked.

When we found out that our house had Vermiculite with Asbestos, we began the extensive process of trying to find a company to perform the removal. We first researched and tried to educate ourselves on the Ontario Regulations and industry standards in regards to the process of Asbestos removal and found it varied vastly from company to company. I had not found a company I could be confident would complete this remediation safely and effectively. Often times, I was made to feel guilty asking companies to provide certification for removal and waste documentation. Having found Dome by stroke of luck, Robert was the first person who answered all of my questions (some of which were answered before I had a chance to ask). He is transparent and honest and was the first company to follow guidelines and procedures thoroughly. In fact, Robert was the only contractor that mentioned that all of his workers have a police background check to provide homeowners with peace of mind that they are leaving their home with individuals they can trust. Dome is trained by and uses laboratories that are highly regarded by the Ontario government. Throughout this process, your company has kept us informed and guided us through this process. You have provided us with credentials, photographic documentation of before during and after the process of vermiculite removal in our home and of course the laboratory's testing of clean air in the end. Your company has been so kind, dedicated, and honest. Your customer service and office administration is exceptional. These are qualities sometimes hard to find in companies today. I would not hesitate to recommend you to our neighbours or call upon you myself in the future for my contracting needs. Coincidentally, I have come to find some of my neighbours have already used your services and have been equally pleased in the past. Thank you for your professionalism, honesty, and quality of work. It is much appreciated.
