Under-sized our furnace; not owning their mistakes
We moved into our new house in February, and a week later somehow the furnace died and we had to rush to get a new one. Somehow we ended up getting it from Aire One.
We noticed how basement is always over-cooled/heated, while 2nd floor was under-cooled/heated. We consulted a HVAC and were told our furnace is likely undersized.
Our home is about 3,500 sq including the finished basement where my mom lives. The Aire One technician came out, and insisted the current 80K BTU furnace is the right size, because they don't include basement sq into BTU calculation.
I'm finding contrary evidence all over the web.
They will not do anything to remedy - and trying to sell us a separate heat pump upstairs at a few thousands of dollars.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE AMATEURS!!
