We hired Chris and his team almost 4 years ago to do the front and backyard of our newly built home. Over the years we have had a few areas where stones have settled, and the poly sand has washed out. Humber Valley came back twice to fix things up and things are looking good.

We hired Chris and his team almost 4 years ago to do the front and backyards of our newly built home. All was great at the start and the team was in constant communication. As the large project went on things began to slide with items we had discussed with Chris not making it down to the onsite crew. Our sense was that the project was taking longer than expected and the team became stretched thin near the end. With the benefit of hindsight from the last few years we can see the results of a rushed job. We have lots of areas where stones have settled, and the poly sand has washed out. We now know that these areas needed to compacted and vibrated; this was not done. These issues began almost immediately the year after and have progressively gotten worse. While Chris did come back twice to address some issues, it always seemed like an inconvenience and rushed. He ignored our last request. Unfortunately we now have to spend money to reset and re sand half of the area only a few years later. It's fair to note that had I written this review immediately after the job was complete I would have probably rated an 8 or 9.
