I have a fireplace which sometimes can't come up. The technician is very experienced. He quickly identified the switch is the place highly suspicious. He took time to pull it off, then polish it, and taught me all the necessary knowledge how to maintain and fix it in future.
His service deserves a good review here.

Ray was GREAT! Our gas fireplace was on the fritz and couldn't keep a flame. We called The Fireplace Club and Ray arrived at our house right as scheduled. After doing a thorough inspection he found the problem - it wasn't our fireplace unit at all - it was the wall switch - a simple fix it yourself solution and a $2 part at home depot. He then cleaned out the fireplace, the gas lines etc. and polished the glass leaving our fireplace looking like new. He also recommended the type of paint we could use to change the brass details on the fireplace if we wished. Overall, Ray was very helpful and I will certainly call these guys again/recommend them if we, or if we know of someone who, needs their fireplace serviced.

We met with Al, very kind, and he gave us a good price. The install happened very quickly. The installers were very courteous, clean and careful with the environment. It was wet outside, they took the time to put drop sheets down. They cleaned up the mess - you couldn't tell anyone was here!

Consummate professionals from the Customer Service to the technician. As the work was more specialized, the parts required took longer to be fulfilled. AMC Heating always kept me connected as to the status of my work order. When it came to installation, they were accommodating to my busy schedule.

Purchased a fireplace from them in 2016 and recently a Napoleon Grill. There prices are very competitive and the service is amazing. They know their products, provide great advice and do an excellent job on installations and deliver on their promises to arrive as scheduled. With both purchases I had the same excellent service.
