I purchased Tank less Water Heater from Furnace and Ac Direct couple of years back and I am having regular maintenance each year. Last week my Water Heater stopped working in a mid night, I simply called Furnace and Ac Direct customer support and found very good response as they have promised me at the time of purchase. I found their 24x7 customer support department very quick and energetic even at mid night. They arranged a technician for me with in 5 hours at around 7'o clock early in the morning without charge. I am very much impressed with their policy of customer relation.

i had some worse experience with the unprofessional guys who visited me last years. They were not half as much experts as they boasted over the phone. Anyways, my experience of Furnace and Ac Direct has offset the bad experience this year. We were so pleased because we were starting to freeze and our electricity bill was through the roof from using all of our space heaters!
