My experience of Furnace and AC Direct is very long. I use their Services for the past 6 years, and they never gave me a chance to complain through out. They are so much customer oriented. I have replaced my furnace just recently from these guys. They have quite flexible terms of their future services, should my high efficiency furnace undergoes any problem in both the short and long runs

Furnace AC Direct replaced our old oil furnace with the highly efficient gas furnace. Our salesperson Steven was professional, knowledgeable and gave us various suggestions for replacing the oil furnace into gas. The team led by Mike came for the installation in the morning. The installers were polite and respected our house integrity. After the installation, our salesperson Steven came to our house and checked the quality of work performed by the installation team. He also gave us a questionnaire to check our overall experience and satisfaction level. The services department of Furnace AC Direct did all the paper work of warranties and rebate. We will definitely recommend this company to every homeowner.

OH my God! yesterday was very much depressed for me, but in the end Furnace and Ac Direct guys helped me a lot to sort out my problem. Actually, It was around 9' o clock morning when my Furnace stopped working, then I called many companies to sort out the problem. Guys from couple of companies came at my house and asked me to wait for two days without furnace so that they will arrange the part from the market and then they will fix my Furnace. Then my neighbor recommended me to call Furnace and AC Direct for diagnose.I hurriedly called their technician who came with in couple of hours and fixed my Furnace at the spot. Its really appreciable.

Last month, Furnace and AC Direct guys came at my place for the installation of gas line for my fire place. Technicians did wonderful job, and I am very much satisfied with their work & professionalism. Keep it up guys!

My furnace broke down yesterday, I called couple of companies for repair, but the quotes which i got for repair were more than $1000. Then I made my mind for replacement.
