Vinylbilt Windows and Doors

We had new windows thru out our whole home. The windows are nice. We had trouble with the hardware. The paint was chipping off. Had to come back 3 times until it was right. Also some of the windows suck when opening and closing them. The locks on some of them are so hard to push down I simply cannot. The windows are very nice, love the crisp, clean newness of them. Good company to deal with. We used Belanger windows in Midland to install them. Also a great company.

I damaged a small part on my double sliding window. Unable to recall the window manufacture but knowing they were in Concorde, I contacted Vinylbilt to see if they could help. Rebecca in Customer Service was spectacular!! At her request, I emailed a photo of the part. Rebecca identified it as a VB part, created a customer order and had it in the post - all within 30 minutes of my call! This was customer service extraordinaire. My sincere thank and kudos to you Rebecca.

The technician came and measured and then returned to install the replacement glass. Both times he was on time, friendly and polite. The window looks fantastic

Rebecca, at Vinyl Built Windows, was very helpful. She helped us navigate the lifetime warranty we had for this window since 1999! She organized an inspection and then ordered the replacement glass and booked the repairman to install the new glass. I would ONLY use Vinyl Built in the future based on their customer service and their warranty program.

A couple of weeks ago after shutting a window & locking it, I heard the lock leaver pop. I was really surprised because I was not rushing, I did not use any force at all to close it, the temperature was not freezing & the window was only approximately 4 years old.

As the leaver had no way for me to take it off as there were no visible entry points into the mechanism, it seemed like something broke inside the mechanism resulting in the window being locked in the shut position (thankfully) until fixed professionally.

After contacting Fasada in Oakville who I purchased the VinylBilt windows from, the process was fairly painless. They provided the information to VInylbilt who contacted me fairly quickly & very professionally explained the process of setting up an appointment for a service tech to come to my house. They did explain that there was a service charge even though it was a fairly new window. That was the only disappointing part & why I wouldn't say this was a 5 star situation. I don't like the fact that I had to pay to get something fixed that should not have broken, but if I ever wanted to open that window again, I had no choice.

Jonathan from Vinylbilt Windows was great. He was professional, quick, fixed the lock, explained why it broke (something was too tight in another part of the window fitting so he had to replace a couple of other pieces that help open the window).

Window seal failed after seven years. Phoned Vinylbilt and they replaced it under warranty the next week, even came at the time quoted. Cant get better service then this.

The company has sent a very knowledgeable technician who change the six old leaked Panes in a very professional way. Buy the way he also fixed all the minor problems of the windows. I am very satisfy with the service provided.

Vinylbilt Windows and Doors came to my house to perform warranty service for one of the windows that I had installed in the fall of 2021. Everyone who I dealt with from this company- Kyle, Rebecca and Jonathan, was professional and courteous. One of the traits that I look for in a company is simply whether they do what they said they will do. And that's exactly what these three people mentioned in this review did. So thank you for doing the job you said you would! I would also specifically commend Jonathan who performed the service at my house. He is highly skilled, and clearly very experienced working with windows. His customer service was exceptional and he performed the work quietly and efficiently. I am extremely pleased with the work he performed. The view out my window is now fantastic!

We had a new front window installed which unfortunately had a broken seal and allowed the window to ‘fog’ between the glass panes. I called and a technician, Johnny was sent to our home. He was on time, masked, very polite and was incredible doing the work he does. I am so pleased with this company and their serviceman, Johnny, I had to right this review. I NEVER write reviews but this company deserves the praise! -just thrilled in Beamsville!!!!

Hello, I had excellent service at Vinylbilt. They were great in my initial interaction with the customer service. The technician that came for the initial inspection was on time and well covered the scope of work. The manufacturing required was done promptly and I was contacted when the parts were ready to be installed. the technician that came home was also on time and did his work very professionally.
