I damaged a small part on my double sliding window. Unable to recall the window manufacture but knowing they were in Concorde, I contacted Vinylbilt to see if they could help. Rebecca in Customer Service was spectacular!! At her request, I emailed a photo of the part. Rebecca identified it as a VB part, created a customer order and had it in the post - all within 30 minutes of my call! This was customer service extraordinaire.
