I have 5 Vinylbilt windows in my house in Mississauga .. The windows look great and are well insulated .. I needed to replace a couple of window locks .. I wrote the company requesting replacement locks.. they responded quickly to my by sending me replacement locks within a week of my request .. I highly recommend this window company ..
