So prior to the pandemic - I sent an email to your service team about the windows and issue with seal - after numerous attempts to connect and rectify - this dragged out over two years - at first you could not service the issue unless I went through the installer - this can be an issue when the installer goes MIA . Even though I sent your team proof of the windows issues - your team would not rectified - luckily my installer assisted and only then did your team reach out to arrange the replacements - Im happy with the work just completed but disappointed how long this to toke to arrange - now I understand the backlog and lack of supply but the fact your team would not process this was very concerning - i hope you can change your customer service policy - note these were brand new windows and very costly for all them them to fail in less then 4 years . I have others windows that need replacements and not impressed with the quality - hopefully this has been fixed and would need to be reassure before I go with product
