Ryan and his team replaced my shingle roof and performed task all in one day. The house I have has a large pitch due to the style and cathedral ceilings. He was very professional and didn't want a deposit or payment until I was completely satisfied. He repaired some minor wood at no charge and did an excellent job all around. He is great guy and his team was very good. Great Canadian company and not deserving of bad reviews in my opinion. I would recommend his company and workmanship as they performed what we agreed too and did all work in one day.
He also replaced flashing that was slightly damaged during the process at no charge. So any issues I had he repaired and fixed and kept his commitments.

A new roof was completed in November 2016 and the roof have been leaking in two places so far. I text and call The owner of Elements Roofing and he has not responded in more than one week. They are unprofessional, unreliable and incompetent. The quality of the job looks worse than the condition my older roof was in before they did my roof.

What a bunch of great guys.

We live in Brampton and had our roof and siding fully replaced in 2010. They did an excellent job as we became the talk of the block with this drastic betterment of our curb appeal. In Jan 2017 due to a storm that produced 85km/hr winds we had a few shingles uplifted. I gave Ryan and his team a call to inform them of what had happened and the next day they arrived to repair the shingles under warranty .

People always complain about the bad things and never praise for the good work. Ryan re shingled my roof. He was on time and efficient, despite the terrible weather conditions.. Would completely recommend his services, very polite, friendly and honest worker.

Ryan and his team worked on my home recently and did a really poor job. Everyone was very rude and unprofessional when dealing with me and showed up 3 and half hours late to the job. When we asked him why he replied with a snarky comment. Moreover his team behaved rudely as well and they did not even have proper equipment. I'm appalled to see how someone like this still has a business.

This business was referred to us by someone who has previously used this service. Ryan is an alright guy, however seems to find an excuse for everything that he does. His attitude is completely unprofessional, and so are his employees - if you can even call them that... Don't think I will be doing business with this guy anymore. Sorry buddy. You live and you learn.

Late and disrespectful. They didn't answer their phone and came late and worked in the dark. We treated them friendly and even got them pizza. And this is how they repay us.

Ryan and his team replaced my roof on October 6, 2014 and had no problems until the heavy rain on August 13th, 2016 when the water started coming through my bathroom ceiling and continues to come through as Ryan has still not shown up to fix this problem. I have been assured on many occasions that he would come by and address the problem along with any problems that this leak may have caused in my attic. I know people are busy but so am I and sitting waiting for someone to show up when they say they are coming is a complete waste of my time and very poor customer service. I never had a leak before my roof was done but I have one now and all I am asking is for Elements Roofing to stand behind their workmanship and fix the leak I didn't have before they did my roof. What ever happened to all those companies that would stand behind their workmanship and be loyal to their paying customers. It seems that everyone is just out to make a quick buck and move onto their next victim and yes that's how I feel when all you get is the run around from the owner of this company.

Another I can't get an answer from Ryan posting. I have called and left him numerous messages with not a single response. I sent a Registered Letter with Canada Post to his address with no response. I searched the internet, found this site and got an email address....guess what not a response.

My neighbor recommended Ryan/Elements Roofing as he knew him personally. Even my neighbor who was his friend cant get a hold of him?

At any rate, the job was done fairly well aside from cleanup could have been better. My issue is that I have a leak in my garage. It only happened once when we had a real bad storm with winds that came from the East which they usually don't. I believe that it is the flashing or possibly a nail hole which did not get sealed.

I sure wish Ryan would contact me so we can get it resolved....maybe before spring!

Christmas came early!

Got an apologetic email from Ryan on December 22, 2015 and he offered to come right away or on the 23rd or 27-30th.

We agreed on the 23rd and he showed up on time. Ryan must have been working hard as he looked beat. Ryan kept apologizing and seemed genuine.

He checked out the garage and then went right up on the roof to diagnose the issue. The built out window appeared to be the issue and he applied some caulking under the window and near the flashing.

He offered to come back to ensure it is fixed and I suggested we wait until spring once it is warmer and we can spray it down.

Ryan was referred to me by a friend. And at first I though this was the right guy for the job. He agreed to do what I needed. I felt confident and even told him a guy in my neighbourhood will do it for $500 less. I told Ryan I like to do things my self for my home, but i am not able to use my right hand since June 28, 2014. I was in a motorcycle accident. He and his team of teenagers came to my house, did the job, but didn't complete it. It's been 3 weeks and part of my roof is still exposed. He got his money. You don't always get what you pay for. I will not recommend him to anyone. I still haven't received my warranty certificate. This is embarrassing, I had very high expectations from Ryan. We even have the same Dutch back ground. Unbelievable.
