Ryan was referred to me by a friend. And at first I though this was the right guy for the job. He agreed to do what I needed. I felt confident and even told him a guy in my neighbourhood will do it for $500 less. I told Ryan I like to do things my self for my home, but i am not able to use my right hand since June 28, 2014. I was in a motorcycle accident. He and his team of teenagers came to my house, did the job, but didn't complete it. It's been 3 weeks and part of my roof is still exposed. He got his money. You don't always get what you pay for. I will not recommend him to anyone. I still haven't received my warranty certificate. This is embarrassing, I had very high expectations from Ryan. We even have the same Dutch back ground. Unbelievable.

Please attach a picture of what you are saying is 'exposed'. I would like the readers to see. The roof is complete, the wood you are seeing is the facia and should've been covered by the builder originally. The reason you can see it is that the shingles have not yet curled down over the eaves yet. This will take some time in the heat. Also, I would appreciate if you gave me more than just a week to drop off warranty info as we are very busy at this time and not always in brampton. Thank you
