I really wish the app had a panic button. I did get the key fob for free with my installation, but I have misplaced it.
The Installation was good, except the person installing called me hun(sweetie, dear), touched my back, came way too close and asked me for my pin code more than once, when he should have just asked me to input it while he turned away. I was quite uncomfortable and I made sure to change my pin after he left, the first and second time. (he had to come back and move the motion sensor because it was not detecting motion, even though he ensured me it would)(so now I have holes drilled in two places of my rented home's walls that I will have to fix)
Other than that I've had no issues, It seems to work well, detects motion, I've even accidentally set my alarm off a couple of times and the response from the unit was quite intimidating. I love that they don't charge for installation, and standard equipment.
