We love the service from AlarmForce! When we call, we get prompt courteous service. They are very helpful over the phone, and when we needed a tech to come out he was very knowledgable and did a great job. It has been such peace of mind having this service. A special thanks today to Chantelle!

I have been a customer with Alarm Force for years now and I have never had a problem with them and they have never had a problem with me...until now!! There was a emergency personal issue that I had where I needed to either change my payment date. While I understand AlarmForce's policies, the representative that I spoke with (Heather) was rude and was in no way willing to work with me. I hung up the phone only to call back 10 minutes later to get her again!! This time asking her if I could suspend my automatic withdrawals and just have it set up with BillPay through my bank. The representative in NO way was willing to work with me on this situation. I believe in fair customer service at ALL times and there was no way where she was willing to assist me or to provide me with any other alternatives on my future payments. When you are in the business of working with customers, you try everything you can to make the customer happy. Since she has not, as soon as I came in my office this morning, I started researching other alarm companies and to check my other options instead of dealing with a company who is not willing to work with its customers.

my mom uses alarmcare for medical emergencies. she lost her remote pendant. Kaplan at alarm care went out of his way to see that it was replaced within 24 hours so that my mom continued to be able to use this important service.

I moved from a upstairs apt due to knee pain. I was feel very uncomfortable and unsure of my safety living in a first floor apt. I knew I had to get a home safety alarm, which brought on another concern. The cost of an alarm system, contacts, and monthly cost. I began to search for the best deal (cost). I contacted every home alarm company you can think of. After going back a forth with all of them regardkng their offers and promotions, Allarm Force bet out all of the other companies. Most of my equipment was free. I wanted every access door and window covered, so I did pay for 2 window sensors. One tip that was given to me by one of the sales reps, was to order all the extra equipment you think you need from the beginning because a discount offer will apply. If you do not get it with the initial install, you will most likely pay full price for the extra equiptment. I received professional and courteous service during the order and installation of my service. After the install, I received a call to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my service. When I call Alarm Force for assistance with anything, I am greeted and assisted by the most professional and kind reps. I feel the since of their willingness to assist me. I recommend Alarm Force to all in search of a Home Security System. You will not be disappointed.

Horrible support with contract issues. Even with evidence of previous phone calls, there was no budge from their end. Also had issues with wireless system, and neighbour would set our alarm when they set theirs.

AlarmForce service techs are not available ]n the evenings after 3. I have to take off from work for installation and upgrades. This can be very costly if the right equipment is not in place. I been with Alarmforce for At least 4 years their over all service is pretty good. Hope you extend your service repair hours.

Sales area picked up the phone quickly and set a prompt appointment. Tech was on time to install the product and it has worked well since we installed it 4 months ago.
