AlarmForce

I have been a client of AlarmForce for almost a year and all has been fine, no alarms or concerns. Recently while on vacation we had 2 alarms both deemed false alarms(thankfully emergency services were not dispatched). As you can appreciate being thousands of mile away and having an alarm can be quite a worry especially when you have friends on the call list! With 2 false alarms AlarmForce immediately shifted into problem solving mode. The actions they immediately took to isolate the problem were nothing short of fantastic. The end result was that a problem was isolated, remedial action was taken until a technician could perform service onsite, when that was done(a matter of days) we were back up and running. During this time I had the opportunity to interact with the communications center(1:30am), tech support and customer service. In every instance I was treated as a priority, every aspect of the interaction was professional always wanting to go the "extra step"

Great service over the years

Our family is a long term client of Alarmforce. There service is fantastic. If there is a false alarm, they contact us almost instantaneously including calling my cell phone. We have only had one instance where a private security guard that has been dispatched -- which was done expeditiously.

We most recently dealt with Anson from customer service who provided us with many options as it relates to upgrading our service while keeping our same rate. I would and have recommended Alarmforce to my friends.

Alarm system good, Service medium.

The alarm system worked fine, and I didn't have any issues. Ending the contract/returning the product is quite a hassle and the people aren't upfront about how it works. I was charged fees for an extra month, even though I had a 1yr contract that sais payment is only to last for that term. I cancelled the service and returned the equipment before my 1yr was up, and yet I was still charged for the next month. Their only solution is that I can wait 6wks to get a cheque by mail. For something that is entirely their error, I would expect a quicker turnaround time.

ALARM SYSTEM

I have been a loyal AlarmForce customer and have been relatively happy with their service.
Recently I have had the upgrade installed and unfortunately the removal of the past hardware damaged the wall and window surfaces leaving holes and glue residue on the window frame.
I feel very secure having this system however they really need to come up with a better solution as to the installation of the security sensors and main device.

Upgrade alarm program

We had an older version of alarmforce and called to have it updated. The consultant explained everything and costs involved. The technician David came out and was very friendly, efficient and explained everything..no mess..no fuss and I'm very happy with the upgraded system. Judy M. Calgary

Great products bad install

I have just signed on with Alarm force. The sales representative was great at letting us know what we needed. The installer however came and seemed annoyed that I needed to find somewhere to mount my panel where my toddlers couldnt reach the plug. I settled on the counter top which is fine. The installer left all of the garbage, empty boxes, and screws on my kitchen table in a hurry. I asked about my 2 cameras outside and how to set them up for monitoring. He showed me to the website and when i got to the menu and asked how to set it up he said "youll just have to play around with it until you find what works for you" and left..with my ladder on the front porch. I assume installers would have their own equipment and if he doesnt thats fine, but asking before using my things and putting them back when finished would be appreciated. After 2 hours of messing around I finally figured everything out...I think. Either way the technology is great but the installer is whats getting the low grade here. Not off to a good start Alarm Force!

AlarmForce long time customer Jean Gallagher

Customer 10 years, upgrade my system today for the new technology best of all for free. FAST and on time service from Antonio, perfect customer service when I called to upgrade. Even with new upgrade monthly cost did not chance. I would recommend Alarm Force to anyone. Customer for 10 years will remain a customer for a long time after all I am a complete satisfied customer. A+++ ALL THE WAY.

lost login info

I lost my login info and called tech service for help.
got fast answer and help.
about 5-10 minutes later was logged in.
that is what I call excellent service.
what is not to like about that

Home Security

We have been with Alarm Force now for over 5 years and the service has been faultless. We have had false alarms while we have been out of the country but their Guard option has dealt with these and fixed the problems (that did need intervention) and at no additional cost. We do have batteries die on the wireless system but the tech support provides clear instructions on how to change these yourself. We are now ditching our land-line and Alarm Force are upgrading us to wireless for a reasonable cost. I am very positive about the overall experience I am getting with this organization and would recommend them to my friends.
