I have been a client of AlarmForce for almost a year and all has been fine, no alarms or concerns. Recently while on vacation we had 2 alarms both deemed false alarms(thankfully emergency services were not dispatched). As you can appreciate being thousands of mile away and having an alarm can be quite a worry especially when you have friends on the call list! With 2 false alarms AlarmForce immediately shifted into problem solving mode. The actions they immediately took to isolate the problem were nothing short of fantastic. The end result was that a problem was isolated, remedial action was taken until a technician could perform service onsite, when that was done(a matter of days) we were back up and running. During this time I had the opportunity to interact with the communications center(1:30am), tech support and customer service. In every instance I was treated as a priority, every aspect of the interaction was professional always wanting to go the "extra step" Thank You AlarmForce for looking after our home and showing that you care!
