Alarm system good, Service medium.
The alarm system worked fine, and I didn't have any issues. Ending the contract/returning the product is quite a hassle and the people aren't upfront about how it works. I was charged fees for an extra month, even though I had a 1yr contract that sais payment is only to last for that term. I cancelled the service and returned the equipment before my 1yr was up, and yet I was still charged for the next month. Their only solution is that I can wait 6wks to get a cheque by mail. For something that is entirely their error, I would expect a quicker turnaround time.
