I was not given the price of the door nor the cost of installation it was the total cost. There was an issue where the men were able to correct with the charge of $150.00 an hour. It took them an hour and the door looks great. Good and professional service , I would recommend your store to everyone who sgop at Home Depot.

I had the window installation is very fast and the staff was thorough in explaining the steps and procedure to me. They were very clean, there was not much to clean up after they are finished. After the installation, I immediately feel the difference in my room, my room is much warmer, and I don't need to use a heater to keep my room warm any more. I will definitely recommend the service to other people !

We are very happy with our experience. The team showed up on time. They were organized and efficient. They took care to protect the surrounding area. They worked well together and were pleasant. They worked extremely hard. They were professional.

I am a very diligent Home owner who took a hard a detailed look at several window suppliers. Let me say that Home Depot from the quotation stage through to installation and follow up with the work, was above my expectation. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional and of course, all on time as promised. Not a beat was missed. I’m talking about a high quality window triple-pane, to clean, professional installation. Installers were fantastic and quality finish. Mike, project coordinator stayed on top of the project and communicated all the way. I’m very impressed with Home Depot and they get a 5tar rating for this project and are strongly recommended.

I was very impressed with the work that was completed. Both gentlemen were very pleasant and very professional. They took great care in making sure I knew how to care for my new windows and made sure my home was left clean.

It took 5 months from the date the doors were ordered until they came in. Then on the day of installation, just the side door came. Had to wait another week for the front door to come. Then the front door had a scratch in the window part, so had to wait another 8 weeks for that to be fixed. It took a LONG time for everything to be in and done right.
The installation was great! The crew is really nice and knows their stuff. No complaints there. Just wish it didn't take so long to actually come in from date ordered until date installed.

The installation team was professional, arrived on time, worked diligently, and completed the job to my satisfaction.
I am extremely happy with the work performed starting with the sales consultant, to the project coordinator, to the installation team.

They came nice and early and started immediately. They did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. They were very courteous and friendly.
