The guys at this shop displayed excellent workmanship whiling replacing my 20 year old furnace. installation seemed very difficult due to size of my previous unit, therefore i was expecting to pay extra for the additional work that needed to be done.
When I first called, I was offered a free estimate which took place in the same day. The salesman was able to recommend the perfect fit in minutes while providing me with a fully detailed estimate which included model numbers of the furnace. I latter googled those model number and discovered how fair Ultra's prices were.
I'm really impressed with this companies honesty, Highly recommended!

If you are considering doing business with this company, I would suggest finding a better, more reputable company to install vital equipment in your home. I had a furnace and A/C Installed by this company and I am very disappointed. The prices you get seem good at first, but in the end you get what you pay for, nothing but headaches and problems. The techs take a lot of shortcuts, and rush the job. The parts used are the cheapest available on the market and prone to failure and defects, as I found out with an A/C coil that failed in my house. Had the techs out to my house twice after their install to get the A/C working properly. I was told that the coil used has manufacturing defects and is prone to fail. It was replaced under warranty....WITH THE SAME UNIT. I am almost positive next summer the A/C will be a problem again. When they did manage to get it running, there was water all over my basement floor which required the tech to come over again and adjust drainage of the unit. The furnace seems to be running ok so far, but I dont have to much peace of mind regarding that it will stay that way. The sheet metal they added above the furnace looks beat up and crooked, the white vent piping they had to install has gray fingerprints all over them from the techs hands, Seems very rushed and unprofessional looking. In the end I would have spent a bit more money to have the job done by professionals with quality materials. Very second rate company, avoid them and research better options.

Called to get a quote for a new furnace, Ali came out and gave me a very competitive quote but told me he was able to fix the furnace for less than $200. No agenda to sell me a new unit but happy to install one for me on short notice if needed. Very happy with the customer service I have received. Would highly recommend UltraComfort.

I have an old, discontinued model of fireplace and almost every year has to be serviced.
The technicians are very friendly ,honest and took the time to explain everything. They are very quick and efficient.
Prices are very competitive.

I have met Ali a number of times. He has worked on 2 of my furnaces in 2 of my homes.
Last week i called the office with an emergency. Water was pouring out from under my furnace.

Good Aircon, good installation with paid for warranty on parts.
Then we called for service since aircon was on low performance. Very disappointing how much they charged: 508$ for a visit of 20 minutes: $200 just to respond to a call plus $200 labour plus $50 for aircon tune up and cleaning, and taxes at top. Very unprofessional to not provide the estimate in advance or to warn about high hourly rate and a call fee. Money grab. We will look for other service provider in future.
