In 2015, we did major construction to a home we purchased in Alta Vista. When we excavated, we saw the home originally had clay weeping tile around the foundation. The new addition would have the proper sock and tube for weeping tiles.

Over the years, we saw our basement sump pump continue to run for a few days after a large rainfall. We knew that there must be an issue with the old weeping tiles. Some of the excavation was on the side of the house and special consideration had to be given to our neighbours fence. The team was great and very careful. They were extremely attentive and very thorough throughout the entire process. The site was left clean at the end of every day and the impact on neighbours was always taken Tino account.
