In 2015, we did major construction to a home we purchased in Alta Vista. When we excavated, we saw the home originally had clay weeping tile around the foundation. The new addition would have the proper sock and tube for weeping tiles. Over the years, we saw our basement sump pump continue to run for a few days after a large rainfall. We knew that there must be an issue with the old weeping tiles. We contacted Ottawa Building & Foundation Repair, and met with Nathan. From the initial meeting to the final check-up, Nathan was professional, knowledgeable and very attentive. Some of the excavation was on the side of the house and special consideration had to be given to our neighbours fence. The team was great and very careful. They were extremely attentive and very thorough throughout the entire process. The site was left clean at the end of every day and the impact on neighbours was always taken Tino account. From the moment I met with Ziad and Sia for our backyard deck, I could tell they were more concerned with quality than trying to sell anything. They were meticulous with the details and very thorough with the measurements and planning. They came up with several ideas and suggestions to improve upon what we wanted and impressed me with their dedication to our vision. We even had Empire do additional work at our house (installing railings around a 17 ft long deep window well to prevent our 2 year wold son from falling in when he plays) just because they were so great to work with, they do an amazing job and they truly care about your project.
