John and his crew did an excellent job of replacing our roof. The job was on time and on budget with no hassle. I would highly recommend using this company for your next roofing job.

John came out to give us a quote for our roof in Maple Ridge. He gave us different options and explained the benefits of each type of material he can use. The quote was very reasonable and he was able to get started just the following week thankfully as we had a leak just above our bedroom and we new the rain season is already here. His guys were on time and very clean. At the end of the first day they cleaned up everything and even went over our property with a roller finding any nails that may have fallen while removing our old roof. We have dogs so it was great to see that they took such care to ensure our yard was free of sharp things that could hurt their paws. The next day the came again at the time they said they would and finished our roof in good time. Again they cleaned up everything and left our property tidy and clear of nails. Our roof looks amazing. I am not a pro who knows how to put a roof on but I really felt that their service was very professional and I saw the materials they used. John had originally given me pamphlets about the products he chooses for his company to use. Those exact materials were delivered here and craned onto our roof at the beginning of the job. Super efficient and quite impressive actually. We are very happy with the outcome and will happily tell our friends about this company.

Owner John is very approachable and answer any concern that I have. Sends me photos of current work in progress. His crew works hard everyday and cleaned up after. I would recommend JMT roofing to anyone who need to replace or repair.

John and his staffs did a great job on my roof. Very satisfied with their work. They showed up 7am in Tuesday morning on time and cleaned up everywhere before they left. Double checked every corner to make sure no nails left in the grass. John is on site everyday to make sure every step was done properly. John and his hardworking team of roofers did an excellent job replacing our 25 year old cedar shake roof with a new architectural asphalt shingle roof. We have a large roof and two sheds, but the team got the entire job done in under 6 days, including a very good clean-up. They made sure our pool and landscaping was protected and shielded the house and windows during the shake removal. They used high-quality Titanium UDL synthetic underlayment and replaced all flashing, installed solar-powered vent fans, and installed new skylights. John showed us pictures of the work each day and was a great communicator throughout the job. I highly recommend the professional work of JTM Roofing.
