I wanted to take the time to thank John and his crew at JMT for their incredible craftsmanship and dedication to their trade. One would be hard pressed to find a group of such intensely hard working individuals who show up early in the morning working tirelessly to achieve perfection. John sent around 60 photos throughout the 2 days his crew was involved in re roofing our house. Incredible time and even more incredible quality work. I did not know anything about roofing prior to John, and after seeing his work I really noticed the difference when looking at another job my friend just had done by another company. We have already asked John to redo the gutters and will be his customer for life.

Really great service. We received a quote and was handled by John personally. He was really honest with the quote. There wasn't any hidden costs at all. He was also on the site from beginning to end to make sure that all of our requests/concerns were handled perfectly. The employees that helped redo our roof and the skylights were extremely professional and efficient. They made sure that any areas they were working on were always watertight before they left our house. They also made sure to clean up the area before they left and got rid of any nails/garbage for the day.

Last week jmt roofers came and did an immaculate job replacing our tricky, multi sloped steep roof.
Very clean professional work. Did such a great job, we had them back this week to do our gutter system.
The guys that came, did a wonderful job and worked late to complete the job on day 2(730 pm Saturday)

Very impressed with JMT team, especially John. He is so efficient. After he received my call, he schedule to see me on second day and bring the satellite image with exact measurements. It has been very nice to work with him. And the work started as scheduled. Team members were working hard and long hours. As they promised, finished work in 5 days. They do keep my yard clean after they finish the day. Entire team is very organized. John was sending the photos to me to update the progress very day. Highly recommended.

John and JMT Roofing were recommended to us by a relative. John met up with us beforehand, answered our questions and gave us a reasonable quote. The job was completed in three and a half days and our full roof and garage roof were replaced quickly and efficiently. They also installed new sunroofs. We were impressed with their efficiency in cleaning up every day. Overall, we were satisfied with the work and would recommend the company to friends and family.

In January 2019, after a particularly heavy rain, we discovered that our home had three leaks in our roof. We live in East Richmond near Queensborough (New Wes)t and wanted someone local. My wife searched the internet and came across JMT Roofing and their good reviews. We gave John a call and he came over with his foreman and measured up the roof for replacement. Shortly after John arrived with a detailed quote and went over every detail with us to make sure we understood and were comfortable with his recommendations. The quote was accepted and the project scheduled. The JMT roofing crew showed up on the date agreed to and got right down to work.
John came over every day during the replacement and went over any concerns, questions, or potential issues we had. John was great in advising us of what roofing upgrades would enhance the curb appeal of our home. We had the gutters replaced at his recommendation, as they were 35 years old and also were starting to fail. We had one minor call back for one of the gutters that was pooling some water. The crew came by and fixed the issue promptly and professionally to our complete satisfaction. The roof with the new gutters looked so good that we decided to paint the facia boards and added some trim to the garage door and windows. We just finished painting and are very pleased at the way everything looks. We have no hesitation in recommending JMT Roofing to anyone looking for a good firm with great people who truly strive to exceed customer expectations.

Our roof had aged past its prime and needed replacing. We chose JMT Roofing as it has an excellent reputation and we were not disappointed. Our old roof was removed and they were careful not to damage any of our house or the neighbours' property in the process. The new roof went on and it all went according to schedule. At the end, the job site was meticulously cleaned up. If not for a beautiful new roof, it was like they were never there.

After doing some research on the internet I found three companies to provide the quotes on replacing our roof and finally choosed JMT. It turns out my choice is good. JMT owner, John is very professional and knowledgeable. His quote is competitive. His customer service is impressed. He responded my calls quickly and always kept us in loop by sending me pictures documenting the process. They cleaned up every day after work was done. His crew is hardworking and pleasant. Overall, I am very pleased with their work and strongly recommend JMT to anyone who needs the service. We have engaged John to replace our gutter as well.

We had a roof emergency. Our roof was leaking and we had raccoons that dug holes to get into our attic and had their babies.
We called John who did a wonderful job on one of our neighbours in our cul de sac. He came right away and was very professional, friendly and helpful. Because of the incoming rain and the extent of the damage, John put us on priority and got started right away.
He was there with his crew, working and supervising. His crew was fast, efficient and very respectful and cleaned up very nicely after all the work were completely.
