Jhon and his professional team came in first thing ripped the old roof and began installing the new roof ..he put the best materials in and didn’t cut any corners took pictures of every detail and sent them to me as im to old to go on roof .. best work I have ever seen from a roofing company .. the gutters are now black and match every they look amazing .. clean up was done every day and I New I could trust them ..

I was extremely impressed with John and his crew. They replaced the roof on my home and garage. A little background, the previous owner hired a roofing company that clearly didn't do a great job and after 14 years, that roof leaked.

I called John and when he ripped off the shingles, he noticed that there was no sheathing/plywood, and only shiplap boards. He was still able to quickly get plywood and complete the entire job in less than two days. He kept me updated throughout, communicated well, cleaned up thoroughly. We’re building our forever home and heard that JMT did the best work. We got them here to do our gutters and they did It fast and professionally. The only thing I regret is not knowing about them before we did our roof.

John came to give me one of 13 quotes. I found him very professional and easy to communicate with. His quote was the lowest that I looked at and I questioned him as to why the quote was so low. John said that they can do jobs at a reasonable cost because they are so busy and in such high demand. John and his crew were started on the project within days and completed the entire roof in 2 days. At the end of day 1 his crew cleaned up the entire work site before leaving for the day. On the final day they did a very thorough cleanup and made sure that we were happy before leaving. During the job John sent me pictures of each step which I appreciated very much. He has a very high standard of quality control which I was impressed by. I will refer him to anyone who needs roofing work done. It was easy to choose Johns company for the job because his ratings are 5 star for the past 9 years.

Over 10 years ago, John was referred to me by a neighbor. My roof needed repair and I thought that it was time for a new roof. John (the owner and a very experienced roofer) came for a quote. After looking at the roof, John advised me that the overall condition of the roof was still good and that a repair was all that would be needed at that time. He said that the roof would last me many more years. I appreciated his honesty as another roofing company was more than eager to give me a quote for an entire roof without giving me a cheaper option. So, JMT Roofing repaired my roof for a very reasonable price, and my roof really did last me for another decade.
Last month, I finally decided to replace the roof. I called a couple of other companies for quotes first, and then I called JMT. John came over, and like an old friend, he remembered my home and my family. He took the time to explain to me thoroughly about the different options and benefits of the different materials. Unlike the other roofers, I appreciated John's honesty in recommending the best roof for my home and budget. His quote for the job was by far the best.
John's crew started work last week. The guys were all very professional and respectful. John personally kept me posted during the procedure and sent photos. There were some unforeseen issues, some that needed extra time and materials, but John had the crew do the extra work without extra expense to me. John also showed me some of the other thoughtful custom extras that were performed while replacing the roof... they added metal protection in places where animals might get in.. they added water diverters to allow rain to flow so it doesn't drip over the main entrance.. and many other modifications that will insure no issues in the future. These subtle custom touches make the new roof a huge improvement over the original roof.
And now that the roof replacement is completed, I'm more than extremely happy to share my experience with everyone.
