I posted my review on Google and I had an interested phone conversation with Mr. Paul (the manager) today . When you pay $10.000 for a product, you would expect some quality of service. Instead of taking responsibility of their poor support service, Mr. Paul is telling me that my electricity in my house is faulty, LOL
Nothing in my house(appliances, etc) is affected by the "bad electricity", but their AirMaster transformer(that is over heating)
It is too bad that I can never recommend such a great product to anyone due to their bad quality service.
Mr. Paul - I would highly recommend to take responsibility and accountability of your products and service it accordingly.
