I was searching for someone to repair my dryer and came across the reviews for Joe. I called and his outgoing message said he did not do the downtown core. Still, I left a message not expecting much. He called the same day and offered assistance and to refer me to someone who could help me. Unfortunately, I had already contracted someone else, but the fact he called to ensure I had assistance is appreciated. Good customer service is difficult to find these days and this reminds me that there are incredible, professional, qualified and customer-oriented technicians out there.

We did the kitchen reno & the painting of our entire home - a job this size always has various challenges. Jeff was attentive to our needs and found ways to make things work so the work got completed within our time frame - we very much appreciated that (especially given the COVID challenges).

First thing I'd like to say is I will definitely be a returning customer. The work was done quickly, for a reasonable cost, and the communication between myself and the project manager was smooth. Any hiccups were manages quickly and I really felt they cared about ensuring I was happy at the end of the job. They even gave me an unexpected discount when my tenant ended up throwing out some of the garbage.
I had to make a pretty big change mid-job and it was easy and quick to get an updated quote and get back to finishing the job. This was an error on my part but the tech's and the project coordinator has no problem accomodating me.

It is never easy working in a tight space but our contractors Scott, Luke and team did a phenomenal job and put so much care into our project. Their attention to detail is commendable. Such dedicated professionals who are certainly experts in their craft. It was also comforting to have Les, our project manager, on hand to address any questions or concerns.

Purchased a low profile zero clearance gas fireplace (needed to be ready to tile), and moved electrical for our tv to above the new fireplace.

We needed to have popcorn ceilings removed and some painting done in our home, in a rush. Very satisfied with the results! The ceilings look perfect, so smooth! Painting was done well also. The most impressive part: it was done on time! Would definitely recommend this service.
