Painting of front steps

It was a pleasure dealing with the Customer Service Representative at Perfect Painter, Merry. She found us a painter, James, to come and paint our front steps within one week of my request. Fortunately, the weather was beautiful and James did an amazing job on our steps. He was professional, confirmed all the details of the work with us, and completed the work as promised and tidied up thoroughly. James even washed down our driveway as he was doing the steps!
I did find the pricing for Perfect Painter to be much higher than that of the competitors (which were also very highly rated on homestars); but we were in a hurry and the timing worked for us. Thankfully, the quality was excellent and our steps look wonderful.

The manager Jeff was very responsible during the whole process including check-up, painting and follow-ups. We are happy with the work.

The painter was also very professional. We recommend Homestar to whom need painting and renovation works.

A true test of character is the action one takes when things don’t go well. When an unplanned staffing issue arose, they worked hard to find a solution and stayed on it until all was complete. The owner even drove a tradesperson to the site to make sure the work would be completed as promised.

Renovation

Luke, Scott and Kyle were amazing. They repaired our ceilings from roof leakage. They also tiled, dry walled and painted our foyer and basement. Luke, very diligently, repaired our stair risers which were left with picket holes from a poorly executed glass railing job done previously. They were always on time and cleaned up impeccably each day. Sweet, sweet gentlemen. They will be back for our powder room and other projects we have in the works.
