Les gave me sound advice which I followed. The work was done well and in good time. All in all a first class organization.

Dexter helped me drill some holes into the concrete ceiling for securing a coat rack, reseated my kitchen sink, and fixed the stripped screws in my entrance door. He was prompt and professional, and so was Merry who coordinated everything. Would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

Unlike some other companies that quoted, Klaudio recommended the right material for the carpentry work that needed to be done and did a very neat and clean job painting. They showed up when they said they would, and ensured that we were satisfied with the work. I would definitely hire again!

Both the deck and the dock by the river were in need of repainting/refinishing. The painter carefully power washed all the surfaces that needed painting. He also made sure he protected any surfaces by using masking tape or covers to about spilling. He proceeded to meticulously paint in between floor boards and painted the entire area at least twice.
Dexter was very courteous and professional and I can highly recommend Perfect Painter for any type of painting job.

Dexter arrived at our home and he painted the ceiling and the hallway as well as some other touch ups. We were so impressed with his skill that we asked if we could have him for another day. He left the house so clean and did not drip paint anywhere. He was even able to repair a spit on the door that the cat had scratched off so we didnt need to replace the whole door. This was such a reasonable price and we got a top notch service. I would definitely recommend the home improvement team to complete any of your painting needs.

We had some random jobs that needed to be done including paint touch ups after plaster repairs, new door painting and refinishing of two sets of stairs. Dexter did a great job - high quality work and attention to detail on all aspects including careful protection of surfaces and clean up. I would not hesitate to recommend Perfect Painter because they live up to their name!

We had the entire condo painted, everything from baseboards, doors, door frames, ceiling, and walls. For the most part, it looks pretty decent. However, the fine details were not paid attention to (ex. the sides of the door frames). There are a lot of tiny splashes of pain on our new floors, tiles and tub. There are also some paint drips on some of our doors that we wont be able to fix unless we sand it down and do it again. Looks really nice from afar. Just don't look too close.
