Pro Best Plumbing

I paid 800 cad to run the additional gas line to my kitchen range from basement. I ask for the permit they said we don’t need any permit and walked away with the money . I came to know from one of my friends that we need permit to run the line . It means they took the money and put me in problematic situation. The worse part is I keep calling three phone numbers to ask them about it no one is ready to pick up the call . I try to email 3 times and haven’t received any reply from them . They just need money . No customer satisfaction

i heard about this company through a friend. I'm very disappointed with the company. I am not happy with the work done. They took our money and didn't finish the job. We asked them to fix a few thing, but they didn't come back once they took our money. And later, we found out that the plumbing that was installed had problems, i.e leaking. We tried calling them, but they didn't want to come and fix it. We are not happy and not recommend this company to anyone. Stay away!!
