Good morning all. This is my second time using Don, and once again I cant say enough. This guy is always on time, very helpful and to the point. He is great for new home owners, he will walk you through the house. Letting you know important information, like water shut off valves and even after the inspection he can help with more building code information. When we found our ideal home Don Did the inspection and again was very thorough and professional. his friendly demeanor helped make the usually stressful experience very easy. I rarely write reviews, but in this case I am making an exception. I contacted Don after reading ALL of the great reviews on his inspections and a lot of bad reviews on other companies. I'm glad I did, Don was able to juggle his schedule and do my inspection the next day. He asked me to be there for the duration of the inspection, which was refreshing from what I had experienced in the past. He is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He walked me through everything while he was doing it and offered great advice as he was a former contractor. DON DOES NOT CUT CORNERS!! The report, explanation, and pictures have helped me prioritize what needs to be done and when. I am exceptionally happy with the job Don did and would use nobody else ever! Thanks Don!

Don has now provided two home inspections for me. The first inspection was the best money I have spent this year as it saved me buying a home with the potential to be the Money Pit. The second home inspection was thankfully much better; however still revealed a few red flags to be taken care of. In both cases Don was very thorough in his inspection and explained everything to me in easy to understand terms. Don also explained which items need immediate attention and which items could wait to be handled.
