Basement Interior Waterproofing
We had interior waterproofing done in our basement after finding a tremendous amount of mold on the wooden subfloor.
I can't say enough great things about my experience with Shawn. From the get go, he was responsive, polite, accommodating, and professional. I always felt like he had our best interests at heart and that he was legitimately trying to find the right solution for our situation, rather than just selling a product or service. He didn't push for anything, rather he advised that we hold off until we could verify where the water intrusion was coming from.
We had another highly rated company come in to give us a quote in the meantime, and the experience was very different with them. Not to mention, they quoted us more than double what Aquatech did.
When we did decide to move ahead with the job, it was scheduled within days. The work was finished within one day and by the time I came home, everything was finished and looked great. Not a piece of construction debris was left in the basement and they literally left no trace of mess.
I would recommend this company without question.
