We had interior waterproofing done in our basement after finding a tremendous amount of mold on the wooden subfloor. I can't say enough great things about my experience with Shawn. From the get go, he was responsive, polite, accommodating, and professional. I always felt like he had our best interests at heart and that he was legitimately trying to find the right solution for our situation, rather than just selling a product or service. He didn't push for anything, rather he advised that we hold off until we could verify where the water intrusion was coming from. We had another highly rated company come in to give us a quote in the meantime, and the experience was very different with them. Not to mention, they quoted us more than double what Aquatech did. When we did decide to move ahead with the job, it was scheduled within days. The work was finished within one day and by the time I came home, everything was finished and looked great. Not a piece of construction debris was left in the basement and they literally left no trace of mess. I would recommend this company without question. Thank you again!

Everyone was cordial, responses were prompt, and the estimatation process was presented in a clear and fair manner. Their quote came in at very reasonable rate, with work beginning for us within a day or two of accepting the estimate. Work was completed quickly and cleanly as well. We are very happy with the product and service that we received from Royal Roofing. The entire process went smoothly, from initial estimate to completion of the roof replacement. Despite the extremely hot temperatures, the crew worked tirelessly over two days to complete the work. Given that we had two layers of roof, there was considerable debris that had to be removed, and the pile reached close to 2m in height in some places. As you can imagine there was a lot of dust and dirt and I had concerns about how the walkway between our houses would be left. The crew did a fantastic job of removing garbage and sweeping the walkway, window wells, and other surfaces, to the point that a simple hosing with water was enough to finish the job. My wife and I are very happy with the work that was provided and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Royal Roofing to others.

We called Frank after our newly renovated addition sprung a roof leak. He was quick, professional, and very easy to work with during the process, which took all of a day. Would definitely recommend.

This was our second time using M.D.E. Con Reno and we are very happy with the work that was done. Over the summer, I had removed some drywall from a second story addition to our house with the intention of insulating the room. Once the room was bare, we realized that we had structural issues as there was rot due to years of water damage. Matt and his team came in and reframed parts of the room and provided support to ceiling and floor joists where needed. They also insulated, drywalled and finished the room for us, in addition to installing a new subfloor. Matt was always punctual, cordial, and willing to work with my family's needs. Whether responding to texts in a timely manner, or being conscientious of noise due to a sleeping baby in a nearby room, Matt was always professional. This goes for his team as well, who twice worked all evening (5-6 hours) on sanding down the room and only took breaks long enough to quickly refuel with coffee before returning to work. Thank you again for making that room safe enough for our son to use as a playroom.

From the get go, Matt was prompt with his quote and clear about the work that was to be done and the cost involved. He also managed to answer all of my follow up questions in a timely manner. His team's work is clean and professional and the property is left clean at the end of the day.
