After reviewing the HomeStars reviews on Appliance Installers, I chose Baydoun Appliance Installation to install my Refrigerator, Range, OTC Microwave and Dishwasher.
Let me tell you that all the hype is real and all the accolades are legitimate! Scheduling was simple as they were able to accommodate my schedule. Mark and his colleague came in and were extremely open in their explanation of the work to be done and the charges that will be incurred. Due to the age of my condo, there was a bit of customization required for the job:

• A longer waterline was installed to accommodate the proximity between the refrigerator and water supply.
• A correction to the in/out flow for the dishwasher to fix an issue that made the previous dishwasher inoperable from the start.
• New outlet for the OTC Microwave as the fan that it replaced was hardwired.
• A slight adjustment to the countertop width to address the clearance of the slide-in range (the opening was exactly 30" while the range was 30 11/16" due to a flare on both sides of the new range.

They were both friendly, informative, and extremely efficient. They were able to get the work done in a very reasonable time with a great degree of quality. In the end, I was treated to a newly equipped kitchen that was the pure result of a job well done. Thank you both for all your efforts!

Great experience dealing with Mark at Baydoun. I purchased a replacement wall oven. When delivered, I e-mailed Mark that night- he has been in the business for over 25 years and grew up installing appliances with his father. He responded almost immediately even though it was late. He arrived at my home the next day on schedule and was done in an hour! No muss, no fuss! Reasonable rate, excellent service! I could't be happier!

Mark was brought in to help us after some missed commitments by the "Big Box" store where we bought the fridge. Mark showed up on the Sunday of a long weekend at 8am to disconnect the water supply from our old fridge and install the new one.

Not only did he disconnect the water supply but he helped carry the new fridge in from the garage and removed the old fridge completely. Certainly above and beyond the work order for the day!

Service is perfect my only suggestion - maybe to put rubber or silicone mat on top of counter top for heavy tools. To avoid chips or scratches on counters.

We just purchased a new home and noticed our dryer was not vented properly. It was a fire hazard. We called Mark and he arrived early to our scheduled appt. He installed a new vent with proper materials and did it at the estimated cost quoted. He was prompt, professional and mainly concerned with installing the vent properly and safely. While here, he also helped to fix our overhead stove vent which wasn't working. Thank you Mark.

Needed someone to help install a dishwasher in a condo unit we rent; in particular to sort out some problems with the plumbing line. He quickly completed the installation and updated some of the other related water lines to have threaded connections so we could do it ourselves next time.

Mark was amazing! He came on time, did his job, worked very hard and was a man of his word, the pice he gave is what I paid. Very Happy!
