I called Draincom to solve a slow drain issue in three of my sinks. As with previous calls for service, I was greeted warmly by Santina and given a schedule that was extremely convenient for me. Yuriy was assigned to this task and provided an honest and fair price for the job. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. In the end, I was left with a resolved issue, clean work areas, given helpful tips, and the satisfaction that I was a customer that is valued by this company. I will definitely call on Draincom again and I would recommend their services to others.

Contacting Draincom was the best decision I made when addressing a slow drain and leak in my kitchen sink. Not only were they able to accommodate me on the day I called, they sent a knowledgeable and friendly plumber, Alex. My kitchen issues were quickly fixed in a reasonable time and at a reasonable cost (and clean). I recommend Draincom and will call them for my plumbing needs next time around.

After reviewing the HomeStars reviews on Appliance Installers, I chose Baydoun Appliance Installation to install my Refrigerator, Range, OTC Microwave and Dishwasher. Let me tell you that all the hype is real and all the accolades are legitimate! Scheduling was simple as they were able to accommodate my schedule. Mark and his colleague came in and were extremely open in their explanation of the work to be done and the charges that will be incurred. Due to the age of my condo, there was a bit of customization required for the job: • A longer waterline was installed to accommodate the proximity between the refrigerator and water supply. • A correction to the in/out flow for the dishwasher to fix an issue that made the previous dishwasher inoperable from the start. • New outlet for the OTC Microwave as the fan that it replaced was hardwired. • A slight adjustment to the countertop width to address the clearance of the slide-in range (the opening was exactly 30" while the range was 30 11/16" due to a flare on both sides of the new range. They were both friendly, informative, and extremely efficient. They were able to get the work done in a very reasonable time with a great degree of quality. In the end, I was treated to a newly equipped kitchen that was the pure result of a job well done. Thank you both for all your efforts!
